Seva Circles Inc. is a Delaware C-Corporation building cryptographic evidence infrastructure. Our comprehensive Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and legal disclosures are being finalized in coordination with counsel and will be published in advance of any commercial engagement.
Current data practices
- Contact form submissions are stored and reviewed by Seva Circles staff.
- We do not sell personal information to third parties.
- We use standard infrastructure providers whose privacy policies apply to data processed through them.
- We do not currently perform biometric identification, background checks, or ongoing surveillance of any kind.
- Session recordings, when produced, are stored in accordance with the applicable engagement agreement.
AI-assisted features
When you use AI-assisted features — such as Capture Plan suggestions — information you submit for that feature may be sent to third-party AI service providers to generate the requested results. For Capture Plan suggestions, this can include the description you enter. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the service. Provider names and data-handling details will be published in the full Privacy Policy, currently under counsel review.
